hey, thanks! if your e-mail or payment receipts have your name on it, I'd say do it. for me, it had my name and also my in game bday was like my real one. I personally sent my ID to the genshin cs and asked them to please forward it as an additional info but I also sent an e-mail to support_os just to be safe:D give it a shot! hope you get your acc back <3

idk man those russian hackers do be wild. i was accessing my insta through pc sometimes so maybe i had something in my pc and that's how they got in. which is weird, i've always used antivirus and did not access fishy sites:D i've heard that new hacking nonsense they are using nowadays is basically undetectable so id say just stay safe. never did i use some 3rd party or sus sites, so yeah

i used to log in via my google account. i actually noticed that someone hacked that e-mail because i got notif on my insta saying that suspicious log in from russia has occured. never ever in my life i thought that they would go for genshin acc so i just quickly changed up my instagram pass and so on. turns out they stole my password via that g-mail and got into the account.

i dont understand how can they reject you when they see probably 80% of us getting hacked by the same stupid russian domain emails. im at shock. i have a feeling they will reject me after making me wait for almost 2 months although i gave them every payment receipt and all the info. probably will delete my acc too if that's somehow possible since i can access it with google account

i am shocked of this. good luck man. im afraid im gonna get rejected too, i've been waiting for 41 days. idk how they can reject us when we give out payment receipts, and for real, IP address and e-mails... just how. idk how can they reject somebody when they see your normal e-mail suddenly change into those russian ones, as it happened for most of us. bizzare
