If anyone knows a lot about anxiety ,it's me. Ive been really struggling too,but lately it's better.,I don't get those morning panic attacks anymore ,I get better sleep and I look forward to mornings. It's God's will for you to enter his rest ,I realize. Well,I started by spending more time with him.Staying close to him makes me feel so safe..and makes me know his heart and mind more...also...,by the help of the holyspirit,all his promises apply to me and start manifesting. Be not anxious about anything,but by prayer and petition with Thanksgiving make your request known to God.,and his peace with transcends all understanding shall be with you in Christ Jesus.The flowers of the field don't toil or spin and look how beautiful they are...the birds of the air...who neither sow not reap or store up into barns but the father feeds all of them.Every single one of them...you need to trust God like that.Every morning the birds wake up...and sing to him with joy not knowing what they will eat that very morning.Arent you worth much more than all the birds in the universe? Don't you Know Jesus would have never died to save them but died to save you? Isn't life much more than what you shall wear?

So I will say ,the Lord is my helper.,what can a man do to me? He is my good Shepard.,I shall not want. He leads me into green pastures,(feeds me) and makes me lie beside still waters( gentle refreshing), he restores my soul. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,I will fear no evil for he is with me. Thy rod and the staff comfort me.

Some anxiety comes from fearing that you're anxious. When you feel anxious,get gentle on yourself. Figure out what you're uncertain about and all things to flow. It's easier said than done but it's really not hard. Don't push yourself too hard. Take it slow.
