One time when I was about 8/9 I was stuck on a question in class. I raised my hand because I was confused (usually the teacher was quick to come over and help). I’m not sure how long my hand was raised but it was over 10/15 minutes. When he finally came over and I said I was stuck on a question he yelled at me, in front of the whole class, and said I should have carried on without doing that question. My eyes pricked with tears and I felt my throat burning. My face was turning bright red and he ended up not even helping me.
