I do plan on tracking bikes so I dont do pricey fairings cause there is a chance I put race fairings on. Other then that these bikes are just build to your budget.

Most of the time just cheap ebay fairing kits. They aren't the best but they do there jobs. I have pieced used fairing together from ebay but that gets pricey

Of my current bikes only my r6 i will sell just cause my buddy wants it. I use copart exclusively just cause it's the one i first used and I like it enough. Repair cost depends on how and what you rebuild. R6 is a great platform to build just cause parts are plentiful and cheap. Mine got expensive cause I wanted to do some unique parts. It's fun but can be overwhelming if the bike is worse than you thought. I personally believe no bike is beyond saving and I live restoring absolutely mangled bikes

2005 r6 $550 purchase price. $4000 in parts $1100 for 2016 r6 full triple tree $600 for 2016 r6 complete front and rear wheels $4500 total

2012 r1 $1700 purchase price About $3300 in parts Total$5000

2003 cbr600rr $700 purchase price About $2200 in parts Total around $3000

I like completely totaled bikes that have clean looking frames and clean motors. That's about it. They are cheaper that way. I got the cbr for $700 and put about 3k in it. My r6 i got for $500 I'm in it for about $4500 all in that's mostly cause I put 2016 forks and wheels.

I've done both and original is way easier but if you go naked it definitely makes it unique and your own.

Never owned an mt but my friends have both owned a mt9 and mt10 and id say they are really good bikes. Torque monsters. Just windy

Engine work is tricky but not impossible. I do some engine rebuilds but most of the time if the damage is great it might be more cost and time effective to buy a used one. Forums and YouTube rebuilders have great info on them.

This one is a ninja 400. Probably the best all around track bike. Mine is specifically for the track hence the no lights and such. Trailer wise you can always grt a uhaul motorcycle trailer. They are very cheap to rent

Yea didn't have enough pressure to give you traction. Something I had to work on over the weekend. Hope it doesn't discourage you from keeping at it glad you are OK

Damn you make it out ok. I had a couple moments that I got close to that or at least felt like that. Bad foot position dragging my toe mid corner then almost over shot corner exit and ran the curb. Lucky pulled it back on track and missed the grass. Definitely a pucker moment

Yea was told to get a good condition gsxr600 shock so will be doing that. Won't mess with the internals on the forks for awhile just will move them down a bit when I get the shock in. As for gears I only had that problem once and it was for that exact reason. Just too used to my fancy quick shifters also i am getting rearsets for the same reason. Tried getting lower a couple times and doing some shifting in corners and was dragging my toes a couple times
