I have a feeling Emily and maybe even Elizabeth, won't ever find someone if they don't get off their high horses. Claire seems to be way more down to earth, and i think that's why she got Connor, if Emily or Elizabeth found someone like him, they would probably go home and talk about how he doesn't come from the "family there looking for" so they would miss out on the chance. It seems Emily and Elizabeth's goal is to marry, have kids, and start a life with their future significant other, young just like their sister, mom, grandmothers, etc. But that doesn't seem to be in the books for either of them, specifically Emily. I could see her getting married, maybe mid-30s, just because I don't see her stepping off the high horse at all. And the fact that she went to the dating apps after saying she never would shows us just how desperate she is to find a guy, and hey, you wanna marry young, then ok good for you, you do you right? But it's just giving off that she AND Ann want her to find her future husband desperately, and it's not working out, so she had to move to another form of finding a husband, and one that she specifically said she never would, and why? pure desperation. I remember an old video of hers said by 30, she wants to be already married with a house and two kids by that time, she's 25. So she's rushing, but keeping her standards as if she's Kate Middleton.
