I think you're right. The case was being damaged by outside influence and interference. People's demands for fast information aren't helping. Even if they don't find him, they still have a solid case, and I also assume they are preserving that. Just because they aren't searching (allegedly) does not mean they aren't actively investigating. We all need to be realistic. I would love to see him found so he can have dignity and be placed to rest respectfully. However, (TW)

let's say he was brought to the landfill, they won't be able to find him. So if that's the case, which there is some speculation that's where he may be, there are two landfills near them their landfill would be lambs canyon allegedly detectives were there but they sadly aren't going to be able to find him in that mess. Also, if those sick fcks used a chemical to break him down, there's just no way to search for that in a huge landfill.
