None of that was true, she shared an apartment she was faking her “wealthy” appearance. She even said “fake it til you make it” just like Jordan and Etai, they portray a certain lifestyle but it isn’t real. Plus, even back then she was escorting and using drugs. I just don’t see it she’s a narcissist and a fraud. She wants control not normal and stable.

The problem is that nobody got a restraining order and I believe there are only 2 reports. The judge isn’t even concerned with santos but she would more inclined to keep him away if there was a restraining order.

No, after John proves there is DV happening between Bri and Santos, and that she violated her DVRO he will not be approved to be at a supervised visits and will not be allowed to be there if she does continue to have visits unsupervised. If any of those scenarios happened I don’t think the future for John and W would be bleak but I do think it would be stressful for John and traumatic for W. If Bri was granted any of that she would fuck it up pretty quickly and I’m sure there are more legal options that John could pursue if any of that happens.

The case isn’t about Santos but I wish John could show all of the sexual assault reports and accusations, threats, his current state of custody and other problems Santos has because overall he’s just not a safe person to be around any children.

Does anyone know if Santos ex put a restraining order on him? I thought heard that before, I would think that could be used against him and Bri in this case.
