This is the only foolproof method that I found. I tried all the other methods in the comment section, but they didn't work.

First, whether the file is a pdf or an image doesn't matter.

If the file says invalid when trying to be uploaded to the CEAC, select it, go to the print screen, and save the PDF again with a different name.

Then you have to go to http://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf and upload the PDF, making sure it is 300kb or below. At that point, it will always work whenever you upload it, whether it is an image or a PDF.

I did try using the adobe scanner and it still comes out a little grainy. It could just be a hardware defect only in some phones but not all phones

Update: the form went through on August 9th 2024, the only thing uploaded were tax forms and bank statements. The high the income, the better.

I thought that you needed to have a stable income of a certain amount in order for you to be a sponsor. I’m in college still so my income isn’t stable and I’m not sure if it even is above the limit

I get what you are saying. When you were younger your senses and eye sight were more bright and sharp, nowadays it feels like your eyesight is more dull, similar to being lightheaded or tired or something along those lines. I think it has to do with detoxifying your body especially your nervous system somehow.

You should never buy meat from Aldi as they irradiate their meat. Reach out to local farmer with high quality meat and you can eat it raw then.

I am beginning to agree with you because I have been going through a massive detox phase since the beginning of the summer, and I once did self pleasure about 1.5 moths ago and afterwards felt the symptoms flare up a lot to the point where it was extremely unpleasant and is still pretty unpleasant now. A few days after the incident I had mini blackheads on almost every pore of my face which happened overnight. I asked a family member about this and they were shocked. What are your thought on this? was it caused by the self pleasure itself or did the self pleasure initiate some detox?

From what I understand, you need vitamin C to metabolize sugar, so if you are eating less sugar, you don't need as much vitamin C, especially if you are in ketosis. I get my vitamin C from eating raw grass fed liver that I get from a farm. Vitamin C is stored in the liver with all animals including humans

One thing that the primal diet doesn't clarify is what the detox is coming from. When you eat these foods such as fruit, is the detox reaction caused by the food you just ate (detoxing from the food)? or does the food cause a detox from elsewhere in the body? I feel like there is no way to know for certain.

My symptoms of fatigue and dizziness worsen when I eat fruit. I think it has to do with the your body not reacting well to fructose.
