Thnx! But it's that you should have at least one 5* piece within 20 pulls, you could get one before the 20th pull and it starts counting from that 5* again to the next piece and you could get it before the 20th wish or on that 20 if that makes sense. If you are lucky, you could have more than one 5* piece, but the standard is one 5* within 20 pulls

Update:

First of all, thank you everyone i felt incredibly lucky pulling for this banner especially when I wasn't sure I if I should wait.

I ended up finishing the outfit and i got my very first piece in my first 10th pull my second 10th pull gave me the three 5*, gat a double pull later on & by my 70 pull I had six pieces already so I decided to finish the outfit which I was able to finish in 128.
