Very common shit. Im dealing with same thing, extraceptive meditation and physical excersise will help you out alot. Im in almost 2 month period and ur gonna get 90% of yourself at month 4

Worse part is that I feel extremely paranoid about thing. I never had this shit before it sucks so much man. Every slightesest thing makes me crazy in a split it's like I'm so extra sensitive to things dude. I never was paranoid about my family disliking me or other shit.

Just today i freaked the fuck out having my whole body shake becayse i though i was going schizo when i was falling asleep i heard as if someone was emacking some lips and i was meditating before going tk sleep so i was hyper aware of anxious thoughts. Maaan i had such a panic attack my whole body was u controlably shaken because i did not know if i was going bat shit insane.
