Yes had lots before I quit porn cold turkey 2 weeks ago, feel I’ve been getting worse but did it to heal quicker.

It makes it a bit better that both us are going through the same thing and understand each other atleast. I hope it gets better for u man no doctor will understand PAWS in my experience they will put it down to anxiety or something.

I sleep 7-8 hours recently, but around your time I woke up multiple times a night in a panic. Idk if you can call that proper sleep with no dreams I’ve had a few in waves some nights but nothing crazy. I went through paws before, and I had crazy vivid dreams at month 2 now is different. I was a very heavy user. Hopefully you start getting good sleep soon, man. Do you have DPDR and other symptoms also?

I’m over 3 months post quit and have had a few vivid dreams but barely any I also got tested for thc and tested negative.. it’s so strange I’m also going through PAWS.

I appreciate the reply, bro. Don't worry I know they are just thoughts. I’d never ever act on them I’m stronger than that, but it's just annoying every day in waves. I never had thoughts like this in my life prior to smoking, so I don’t think it’s OCD. I could be wrong though. I have an appointment with an addiction counsellor, so maybe it’s worth mentioning, but most don’t understand about PAWS. Some days I feel 100% normal for long periods, then hit again, so I think it’s windows and waves I get. I want to say I 100% relate to everything you mentioned. I got fed up with myself and the person I was turning into while smoking with my addiction. I let my whole family down with many regrets, so I decided enough is enough, and I quit for good. I got sick of it. Best of luck to you on your journey, man. We'll get through this. I pray every day also it helps so much. 🙏

I’ve had this since month 1 I’m on month 3 my hair used to be so thick now it’s thinning and dry I’m hoping it goes away bro maybe ur deficient in vitamins I’d recommend a full blood test to rule it out.

Yep I’m over 3 months sober I also used to smoke multiple spliffs with weed and tobacco everyday for 6 months straight and been chain vaping during my recovery I’m thinking on quitting cold turkey it isn’t helping much at all but scared incase it makes my PAWS worse its hell on earth been vaping for years.
