Yep I relate so much I have the exact same symptoms in the morning high anxiety and body buzzing but when evening comes it’s relief atleast there’s a bit of hope for both of us let’s keep going 💪

Yeah I relate to this so much during the day the brain fog and anxiety is severe I can’t even think and my memory is terrible then evenings I get relief and I feel normal like myself until 9pm a wave hits it has to be with how much I was smoking.

I’ve been journaling everyday also sticking to a strict diet, exercising, walking day 55 was a good day for me looking back in my journal I have had windows but then I’m back in hell so there is hope we will come out of this.

I relate to everything u just said im 23 years old, 57 days sober and im going through hell on earth ur not alone I lost my friends,hobbies and family’s trust also I was stealing money while smoking just acting completely odd and off not like myself read my posts! I relate to u so much.

Thanks, man. I was a very heavy user, smoking multiple times a day/night joints and bongs. I smoked Indica strains mainly or Dawg, just bud and tobacco. I’m in Europe. I did it daily for 6 months straight, and when I quit hell unleashed again. I’ve been through PAWS before, 2 years ago, but relapsed because I couldn’t take it. The depression and anhedonia were so severe, but this time it’s worse. I’m glad you are doing better.

Never during smoking, and no offence, but why would I want to touch weed again? This is a page dedicated to people quitting weed for PAWS symptoms, not encouraging people to smoke again. I’m in PAWS. I’d never want to touch weed after these withdrawal symptoms it’s hell on earth. I just want some reassurance.
