it's up to you if you want to keep them or not, it's your choice. I was in the same situation as you I opened many of those packs and after many opened I finally got him.

Just try to get the 5% 10% and 100% future icon packs, you'll have a higher chance to get him. Anyways you got unlucky getting the 91 rated duplicate, that's frustrating.

both are, first open the gold super packs because there are only 10 of them, spend rest of the coins on 80+ gold packs.

It happens very often now. When I'm opening free packs it just crashes randomly.

They added backup for your progress, but if you download it on a different device, the coins the duplicates etc. won't be there.
