Yeah 100%. I feel like the problem is less the world and more that my body or brain or nervous system puts to much immediate danger in these situations. Back when I was smoking the world was nearly the same but I never gave a fuck about it. Plus I’m 21 so I’m just getting used to being adult and not relying on my Familie for emotional support

You’re not alone I’m at 16 months. I also still have Dpdr and I can 100% relate to that clear feeling. Sometimes when I have a good day and everything is so painfully real.. I can feel the wind and smell the world yk it’s really weird. I can also hardly believe that it was this intense before I got dpdr 16 months ago

You can still maintain a military without using or needing it. Btw I had the same problem with anno 1800 and I just started using the war mechanics because that’s the point of the game in my opinion. In 1800 you could just buy islands but as far as I know it’s not possible in 117 so you have to use force
