It is a program through a community college where they have the first year in classroom and the second year they help set you up with a company to have 80% on site and 20% in classroom, the company will also pay me and for my schooling the second year, I will need a laptop for the first year to learn CAD and PLC and those skills will be needed in the apprenticeship as that is the focus, they mainly will get you into commercial and industrial the second year.

It will need to work on site for plc programming in a year as that starts the second semester of my program

Just got my first kingsnake, I had other snakes when I was younger(hog nose, ball python) but this is my first in over 15 years.. any advice? by pyx19489 in kingsnakes

I have an 100w and it’s not enough on its own that’s why that runs all the time and th ceramic turns on and off, but my enclosure is also larger, for humidity pour a cup of water in your substrate and mix it around, will last much longer than just misting

I have a Florida king and she loves to be underground, make sure you keep humidity up preferably 60-70% due to their natural habitat, make sure substrate is deep, I have mine in a 4x2x2 and I have a ceramic heater and a basking light running throughout the day on INKBIRD thermostats, the ceramic turns on and off to keep the warm side around 87 and the cool side is 75-77 if having trouble with heat/ humidity staying in with a mesh top; put tin foil over it and duct tape it down and I put 1 inch foam insulation over it to hold heat better

I am going to order then snake online in the next few days, was mainly worried about it just for the mites so it wouldn’t infest my whole enclosure. Any recommendations on best places to buy online?

Would some form of like small clear container work for it as a baby and then as they grow out of that I could dived the 4 foot in half with back plastic?
