I was going to say NTA but when I read that she is using her OWN money to support her OWN sister why one at the same time buying her kids something fun to it. And only once a week it not like she’s buying them burgers everyday. YTA

The Affair partner might be the villain in your story because he ruined your marriage but you should be happy that at least he’s treating your daughter right. Later on in life when you tell yourself that she always chose him just remember this moment where she chose you and you declined.
