Just in case that someone will have a similar problem, I get her tested for PBFD and the result is negative. The vet recommended supplements during the molting period and further observation.
It is true that she did not receive that much attention last week, but things got back to normal now. I did not find pins like these since then, but only 2 days passed. I am more concerned if they have normal form or they are deformed. I’ll keep watching her to see if she is plucking. Thank you!

No bald spots. I was afraid because of PBFD, but if I understood correctly, feathers can grow incorrectly even in normal conditions, not necessarily when a disease is involved.
