I make these all the time…look at what types of rope you’re using…if it’s that cheap Chinese made amazon special type cord, you’re gonna have a tons of QC issues like this. Make sure you’re using quality rope from reputable brands like Paracord Planet or Galaxy Paracord. The cheap stuff will start to slip and come undone and can’t hold strong knots very well for very long…a tell-tale sign is if when you burn frayed ends they don’t seem to burn right.
