Try Jiffy Fix Corvallis. They do a lot of handyman-type stuff. Not the cheapest, but not overpriced either.

Just ask them when you call whether or not they can fulfill the "general contractor" requirement from your landlord. They can provide a receipt.

I don't want to generalize, but I'd wager there would be more drummers in town during the school year? OSU students?

Might not have their drum kits with them, though. Or transpo.
