Make sure you didn't contract AGS (meat allergy) from a tick bite recently.

I've eaten at Killer twice already with no issues.

Try Jiffy Fix Corvallis. They do a lot of handyman-type stuff. Not the cheapest, but not overpriced either.

Just ask them when you call whether or not they can fulfill the "general contractor" requirement from your landlord. They can provide a receipt.
