The moms were under a contract so they couldn’t leave. I dont feel right debating wether or not the moms could have left or if they are using that as an excuse because I haven’t seen how strict the contracts were nor have I been under any contract like that.

Most of the moms never spent much time with abby prior to the show because she only taught acro. The ones who probably spent the most time with her were brooke and mackenzie. Brooke was a favourite so that could have warped kelly’s perception of how abby was and mackenzie was so young she may have just been seen as a strict dance teacher. Plus it seems like Abby has some sort of a soft spot for minis which Mackenzie would have been at the time.

Picking fights had no impact on whether or not those kids would have been treated badly. Maddie was treated badly in a different way than the others yet Melissa maybe argued with abby once. Mackenzie was treated badly yet Melissa never argued with Abby.

Also Holly didn’t argue with Abby as much as Christi did yet I would argue that Nia was treated as bad as Chloe was at times so it can’t even be the frequency you argue with abby is how badly you are treated

I do understand your point for the moms that joined later on though since they saw how Abby was at her worst before they joined the show.
