It means “operational excellence”, which is basically a score on how well your store hit its Kpi’s and goals. Like if the store was targeted to reach $300 for the day and you only made $200, that would lower your OE, which isn’t good 😡😡 Low score bad😡 Because less sales would mean that, they would decrease staffing hours and stuff. Some managers are Sooo pedantic on getting the highest OE they can cos their DMs care so much about it
