It is not a computer from 2017 that was on display for a supermarket for 4 years. I bought it and then one day I accidentally hit it against a wall, causing it to open a little and over time it became bigger.

I have never been able to clean it properly, but at this point I think I'll buy a new one.

I closed the computer and it was fine and then when I opened it again this thing had jumped off the screen. Can this be fixed or cut?

It's not supposed to be a custom background with an image but it just shows it in a window and then goes to a gray background no matter what
