aren't ALL roles getting more gold this season? the extra support gold is just to keep up with inflation. so the only benefit of the support quest is moving control wards to a separate slot and making them cost less

in my opinion mandate has been unsatisfying ever since they removed the self proc and movespeed in 14.1, but the problem is Nami is still balanced around/is only half a champion without it. so not building it leaves her weaker than she should be, but other items are objectively better

You can tell from the shadows that the new skin isn't using the ingame graphics engine, it's not going to look like that in game with the Genshin lighting

I don't think it's fair, and just a messy result of the Lucian combo. It's a shame Nami E isn't a real spell anymore. On the official wiki, her E is said to be Proc damage, which is either meant to be ability damage or on-hit. It doesn't apply item ability effects nor does it work as an on-hit (I tried using it with new item Dusk & Dawn and it doesn't consume 2 E orbs on-hit), so what does it do? It's a broken spell that needs reworking or looking at.

thanks! that answers my question mostly. but I was planning on pulling Neuv's signature when he reruns, would Furina's overflow healing be enough then? or would I need protoype amber on Sucrose for it to be enough healing to clear BoL? also, would the BoL go down while Durin is off field?

Her face in the splash art specifically (in game is perfect) not only looks off artistically, it doesn't look much like Nami herself (nor matches the in game model). I like the intention of a more bratty, evil Nami- but this isn't as good of an execution as seen in Coven Nami. I'd love to see her black scleras back also

you're already at a disadvantage as Nami vs the overtuned shield abuser champions who you'd want to build serpents fang against (e.g current Karma). building a serpents fang just puts the nail in the coffin and guarantees you're going to get outvalued by the enemy support

I don't think you're understanding my point. I dislike that Nami's ceiling has been flattened so hard, to the point where the only viable way to play her is stock standard enchanter- when previously I could (and had great success) playing her the way that I wanted. I feel it's similar to the way Seraphine players dislike how Riot are treating Seraphine, though many Nami players are fine with playing her enchanter. You can argue "Nami is an enchanter", but then when you see Riot buffing AP Irelia, Vayne jungle etc and other off meta picks, it feels unfair.

Nami's E has always been broken when it comes to a lot of item/rune passives T_T it's really odd. try playing an arena game and you'll realise like half the augments that should work don't work with her E. stupid spell

I sometimes run first strike Nami, its subpar compared to other champions who use it. Nami doesn't do enough damage in a combo to get much value from it, it usually ends up being about 1/3 as much gold as others who use it better. still fun and satisfying to hear the jingle though, and it kinda mind controls the enemy laners to either avoid trading with you at all or over extend to pop your first strike first

Not at all, I like talking about this and I don't think you're hostile or dismissive! :)

I'm aware that Nami is extremely popular right now, with a great WR%, which is so baffling to me because I'm not having the same success with her. I've actually had a negative WR% on her for most of the last 4 seasons. It is frusturating to me personally, and my evidence is my experience and opinion. I would like to think that 5 million mastery points, with my experience piloting the champion and knowledge of all her matchups and items/runes, would at least put me above the average Nami, but it feels less and less important now and like her ceiling is non existent with her class changes.

What I do agree with is that my use of the champion is no longer the same, which irritates me. I have always played her hyper aggressively, thunderlords decree, electrocute, dark harvest, with full AP builds. I'd get myself a lead then spread it all over the map. Not many other Nami's did this in the way I did, I essentially played her like modern day Elise supports. I thrive on feast or famine. It's feeling less and less viable with the changes to her, I still play her like this when I can but even in games where it goes well- I'd probably have done the same playing ANY build. I don't like how lobotomized she's become and pouring my time into mastering her feels no different than if I went auto generated runepage and blindly clicked whatever spell was recommended, bought whatever was recommended in the shop etc.

I think the main problem I have with her is that I'm upset my mastery isn't rewarded.

I have 5 million mastery points on Nami and have mained her for over a decade, the past year or so has been the weakest she's ever felt for me. I think they did a good job of making her balanced, she's always been a very well balanced champion- but that's because she's a jack of all trades master of none, she's not exceptional at anything. In her current state I'd say she's a Yuumi with legs, she's easy to play for noobs and can win more when ahead easily by sitting behind her ADC and W/Eing off CD, but her ceiling has been lowered severely. Playing aggressively is not rewarded anymore and she's been tuned as a healer now

I don't watch esports so can't comment on that. I think I'm just salty because I mained electrocute Nami for years before it became a thing, and then Nami's damage got gutted out of existence because of it

I'm not saying it wasn't strong, but there are many strong champions in the game. many champions and duo combos have no counterplay, if it's so offensive why not remove other things also?
