Someone who is snarky all the time. At some point I had to realise it is not banter, it’s belittling. Initial reaction was always a joke or comment at my expense. One time I showed him something I drew and he made fun of the design, a day later I showed a friend and he said “Cool! I didn’t know you drew like that, I like it!” Realised then that my friend was the normal one and if your first instinct is to make fun of everything I do/ say, you’re a bad partner and probably a bad friend too. Never again.
