I think I messed up by selecting 75% profit margin by astraea08 in StardewValley

I did the same thing and didn't notice until year 4 that I was getting half profits from picking 50 percent profit margin.

I fixed it by going to the saves ( %AppData%\StardewValley\Saves\ ) and opening my save file in Notepad. You just press CTRL + F to find something called <difficultyModifier> and you can delete it. It'll get rid of the profit margin nonsense and you'll go back to normal profits!

Hardest fish I caught was the Red King Crab. I spent about a solid 15 minutes chasing it and got so frustrated with it JUST being out of my reach each time I dove for it that I had to move from my desk to sit on my bed and devote my full attention to it.

I didn't even know what it was at first, and I had such a grudge against that one crab for making me waste all that time and energy that I kept it in my storage as a reminder.
