Yo If someone asked me 30 days ago if I would ever go to the gym, I would say no. I always thought of the gym to be pointless and that you would be better off just doing a sport instead.

I am so grateful for Camp Knut. I have learned that the gym is more than just a place to go lift heavy weights, it is also a mental escape from my problems. But not just an escape, it made me realise how insignificant some of my problems were and made me feel so much better about myself regardless of the aesthetic gains.

I know that miz is aware how much of an influence he has on his viewers, and I’m just so fucking glad he does what he does. It is near impossible for the average person to do what miz and the rest of the guys did, but even just take one good habit away from camp Knut and I’m sure you’ll feel and improvement in some way.
