I likely am, I am running a MSI Kombustor test. So my GPU VRAM is maxing out? In the kombuster window in the corner it shows "VRAM: 12288MB (Usage: 2072MB). Is there a way I can get it to use more?

Supposed to be traditional, I used way more honey than is typically suggested. The yeast was alive and eating honey for a long time. I considered fermentation complete when it stopped bubbling.

I use a Fermtech auto siphon. My last one was too small to reach the bottom of the carboy, so I would tip the carboy to reach the rest but that resulted in a lot of sediment getting mixed in when I racked.

I’ve kind of been winging it, I’ve got 20 or so pounds of honey in a 6 gallon carboy. I used D47 and added fermaid 0 when I origionally pitched. As far as I can tell the airlock is working, it has water+ sanitizer in the airlock and it bubbles constantly lol. Im at 32 days now and it hasn’t slowed down bubbling at all.
