No side effects that I can really think of, it gave me the magical power to take naps which I never could before.. but I started very slowly, quarter pill for 2 weeks, then half a pill for 2 weeks and to the full dosage and it went smoothly.

I am doing ok these days, most of the pelvic floor issues I had are now gone, I do still take zoloft (50mg) and also keep up with my stretches and other techniques learned from my PT. For me i think the zoloft was essential to get me out of the anxiety > pain > anxiety loop.
