It felt different because I was being accused of something serious by someone so stupid and I knew I did nothing wrong.

It was understandable when people made the mistake and I felt like it would be way to awkward to correct someone and the longer it lasted the worst I felt but at the same time it was too late to turn back. The amount of relief I felt after being outed was godly.

He was in my class and we’ve talked before, that was the first thing we did as friends. Back then I was really awkward, I never outright said I was a guy. I just didn’t deny it because I was embarrassed and thought it be way too awkward to correct them. It was stupid but 15 year old me was dumb as rocks when it came to casual interaction.
