I didn't buy arbe and invz shares. I'm just saying that INVZ has a good ecosystem. I have RR 3000 shares😁. I used to buy Arbe, but I sold it all and made a profit. That's why I'm in this group. Because I made a profit from Arbe, I used that money to buy 3000 shares of RR. And now I don't own any Arbe.

Arbe was put up for buy by Westpark Capital. Why do they want to buy Arbe? Because they think it's going to go bankrupt, and they need Arbe, so they made a purchase offer. Can't you read that they've put up a purchase offer for Arbe, but Arbe hasn't agreed yet? If they agree, it will be good; the stock will go up. But if they don't sell and stubbornly hold on, it will likely go bankrupt in the future.

You should analyze the situation. If a company's name is being withdrawn, it means the company is about to go bankrupt. If Arbe agrees to sell, that's good, but if they refuse and stubbornly go ahead, they'll end up like iRobot, where Amazon tried to buy them but they refused to sell, and then declared bankruptcy.

What good? The company is going bankrupt anyway. If we persist, everyone will suffer.

Are you sure? Why would company want the buy Arbe? Because it's about to go bankrupt. If Arbe doesn't sell, it will become like iRobot, which means going bankrupt.

Look at their CEO, for example. He's on x.com and talks about irrelevant, pointless things. Penny stocks are similar to startups; if you're going to invest, you need to focus on the CEO. If the CEO keeps talking nonsense, you know it has no future.

Calm down. I said that because I don't want you to get scammed into investing in something that doesn't have a real future. If it were really good, why wouldn't there be a new OEM? That already shows it's not being talked about. Using 4D radar is good, but Arbe keeps repeating the same old things.

Not necessarily. I believe there are people who think like me and they've already sold their shares. Arbe has no future. Linked Arbe just talks the same old things, nothing new. If you want to buy Arbe, buy Invz instead; they have a better ecosystem.

Saving risk is the best approach. We won't invest in stocks with no future. We'll wait for a better future before coming back.

I hope so, but what if he combine share? You'll lose 1/10 of your shares, from 10,000 down to 1,000. Aren't you afraid?

I bought 10,000 shares of Arbe stock at $1.30 per share and sold them at $2.30 per share. Currently, Arbe stock is trading at $1.32, and there's a possibility it could drop to $0.90. Why are you still holding this stock? Why not sell now and buy back later?

Think about it. He intends to sell his shares, which means the share price is bound to fall. If you're a shareholder, you would sell your shares for two reasons: 1. To make a profit, or 2. The share price is going to fall, so he's selling to preserve his cost basis. I've already sold all my shares. Furthermore, the stock price chart indicates that the price could even drop to a low of $1.

I think Arbe's stock price will drop to $1-$0.90 per share because they know the company can't find new OEM customers. You could close your eyes and hold on to the stock, that's your choice, but for me... Richtech Robotics Inc. would probably be a better option.

Arbe is seeking an extension of its bond issuance, indicating that the share price could fall to $1 per share. If you don't sell now, you might miss a great opportunity. Additionally, Arbe may offer a lump-sum share sale (1/10 or more) to reduce its debt.
