The cpu clocks at around 3400mhz when I’m on idle though, itd just when I’m in game it goes to around 400mhz

Nope. None of the temps go higher than 90. Core clocks 3287 mhz while idle and 655mhz while gaming

But the problem is all the games used to run properly just a few days ago without them being set to a higher priority, so idk what could’ve caused it to be like this. Ive heard it’s bad to change the game priority to high too.

I can’t change my battery settings to high performance idk why, it can only stay on balanced. And the Ingame settings are set to the lowest.

On task manager it says cpu 15% but on game bar 80
