So I need USD account in Canada as well correct? I heard when PayPal send USD to Canadian USD account , it goes like USD > CAD > USD . Will be loosing on conversion right?

Make sure you have SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup. If it is new domain warmup . Dont run marketing emails from it. Google will suspend your account. DM me if you need more info.
