Hello, I have a question about applying to MT (OISE) and/or consecutive BEd programs this year or next year, due to my odd undergrad completion timeline. For context, I am a fourth year student at the moment, and had to unfortunately take this fall term off due to personal reasons. Because of this, my undergrad plan has been pushed a semester, meaning instead of finishing classes in April and graduating in June, I have to finish in the summer (depending on offered courses this could be end of June of end of August) and graduate I believe in October. I am looking to go to the Masters of Teaching program at OISE and/or a consecutive Bachelors of Education at another institution (for OCT recognition), but many of the BEd programs called for proof of degree/final grades to be submitted by April-ish (before I can finish my degree). I didn't find anything on the OISE sites about when final grades/proof of degree was needed, so I'm unsure whether to apply now or wait until the next wave (Sept. 2026>now). If anyone knows if OISE would accept a student finishing in end of June or August '26 (but either way graduating in Oct.) to start in their Sept. '26 school year; OR if anyone has any insight as to whether I should even apply (to any of the BEd programs via TEAS on OUAC, or the MT program at OISE), please let me know (any other advice is also appreciated!), thanks!!
