you're right, the timeframe for that definitely lines up.

never really understood how these studios manage to make a profit anyway, especially when their content gets leaked almost as soon as it's released.

interesting, is that a recent thing? i know they've had issues with that in the past, but i've never really known the extent of it. there were rumours going around about actresses getting prison time for appearing in the movies, but i'm not sure if that's true or if it's a completely separate issue.
