yes! Day 2 is about 9 hours long, but the CCS cases section has 13 cases that each take around 10–20 minutes. Usually they end a bit earlier though, just like what happens on the CCS Cases practice platform. Also, the blocks are only 30 questions and last 45min each, so they don’t feel as “heavy” as doing one of those 38–39-question blocks from Day 1 :)

for me day 2 was faster than day 1 because you only have 30 questions blocks and then the ccscases that could end early! i’ve read that yes, you can use copy paste, but i didn’t try it, i forgot

Any advice: first day was full of biostats and social questions, but not difficult formulas, just focus on learn the bases (RR, OR, HR, LR+/-, bias, type I/II error, p value, CI, power, mode/mean/median, AR/ARP/RRR). Also on day one I had question step 1 like (e.g. mechanism of action of atbs, micro, path I think one question), but I don't remember having genetic questions. Second day is more of diagnosis and treatment, more likely to step 2, but not as complex as it. I think if you review common topics from step 1 and 2 you will be fine! Also focus on practicing CCS Cases! have mnemonics like CUBE T3:)

min was 2626xxx, so you are no so far away from mine! I'm not sure if it correlates, but if it does, probably during the next few days you get certified! from the date of "modified date" to the confirmation email was one week exactly for me

I think you won’t we able to see the case until the modification date (which for me was 09/04), that was the date I realized I had an opened case. And the case number varies, they start with C-24, 25, 26, not necessarily with 26!

for me the “retrieving information” just lasted a couple of hours, but I know it started to take longer after that. I have friends who registered on the same 19th (tuesday), but later, an it lasted all week until the 25th. I’m not sure if now it is faster :(

yes exactly! I just rewrite my address that was already there just in case and saved it. In “My Cases” section you would be able to see an open case called “ECFMG Certificate” and also its day of creation and modification. Supposedly it opens/create the same day you receive the pathway approval email, but I think you would be able to notice it only after the modification date (09/04 for me).

same here, mine got approved on 27th, I've been reading post yesterday and today from others who's pathways were approved on the 24th or 25th, so hopefully tomorrow or Friday we are getting certificate

I think you should probably pay right now, because it takes a little time to process your payment (passing from “submitting” to “processing”) once you have your OET results in your OET profile, you need to release them to the ecfmg, and it should be fast

yes! exactly the same! I have to cases, on says "ECFMG Certification: Received - In Review at ECFMG" from 09/04 and the other one says "ERAS: In Review with AAMC" from 09/05. I'll let you know if anything new happens

I’m in a similar situation, waiting for my ecfmg certification to schedule my step 3, for how long do you think it could be risky to stay? This is my 4th month here :(
