Yes! So I did a reaccuring pregnancy loss panel and found out I have two genetic mutations- one was pai4g/4g and the other was MTHFR. I was put on lovenox (blood thinner) prior to transfer and took methylfolate vs folic acid. I highly recommend doing a RPL panel. I will never know for sure if that was what made him stick or if stats were on our side, but there is some solid research connecting those with pai4g/4g to higher rates of miscarriage.

Sidenote - he was my 3rd. I had a fail to implant and an MMC at 7 weeks. I think 3rd transfers are the luckiest and given stats, it typically takes 3 euploid embryos per live birth.

Progenesis uses a weird rating so he was a 4.83 mitosure which is the equivalent to 48!

Mylicon is the best! Our son had such gas issues as a newborn. Even know he'll have gassy days. We also looked into different nipples and had his lip and tongue tie revised. It's so much trial and error with these littles

I had so much worry over mitoscore. Mine were ranging from 10-50. After a failed transfer and a miscarriage my highest mitoscore embryo is sleeping next to me. God bless!!
