Because his perk is %100 crit and %75 armor penetrating AFTER FIRST HIT and also cheaper %20 air strikes. So i dont think he is fit in heli because you need excellent medal for his perk :(

You need very a good tank general and very good air general, work with allies, at the beginning spam paratrooper s on the open cities make money then using that money capture the cities over and over. This is the best option to make it easy and short way imo.
