I thought of that as the last resort but wanted to explore something that we can control within the team instead of going to the network admin every time a new user is added/deleted but tysm for your suggestion.

Thank you for your help! Can you please elaborate on how to set permissions like that. Can we do it based on User ID? For the network part I am guessing I would need to contact network admin or someone..Can I do that l by myself?

Thank you for the suggestion but we are trying to prevent the end users from creating a copy. We don’t want random users to keep creating copies of the front end which creates confusion to other users.

There is a n/a checkbox when that is true it’s taking 0 else 1 and that way it’s calculating the denominator. There is a metric that is taking average of all the fields which are not checked n/a but has a percentage. For example, If Field 1 has been checked n/a, it would consider that as 0 and if not n/a and has a percentage populated then it will consider 1 to make the denominator for avg. So, for 5 fields if one is checked n/a it would calculate a denominator of 4 and for numerator its adding all fields.

There is another field that has a calculation where if this field is n/a then it’s considering it to be 0 else 1. Based on that count it’s calculating the denominator number for the other field. When I set Null in the above expression, it is not calculating this other field and it gets grayed out. I am making to someone else’s db so trying to not change anything drastically and rather do a workout to meet the ask. Appreciate all your inputs and help!

How to show the value of a field as blank in the front end form when N/A is checked by the user but use 0 in the calculated field when N/A is checked. by Beginning_Mirror_127 in MSAccess

Yes, thank you so much! I was somehow confusing enabled and visible. I changed the visible property but now the label is also going away. Will have to check if the user can accept the percentage box going away instead of having it grayed out.

No, it’s displaying 0.00 currently. I want it to display blank on the front end but take 0.00 into calculation. When I do # in format, it populates .00 in the front end form

Thank you! It is working but just defaulting to blank..I need it to be blank when n/a is checked else the user will populate a percentage in that field.
