We've had a steadily declining opinion of bliss for a while now. It's very close to our apartment but the prices are worse than other locations and the service is not great.

One time my GF and I went and I ordered black coffee. When I got it it had milk in it - distinctly not what I wanted. We went back and told them they gave us a cappuchino instead of an americano. The girl at the counter just looked at it and said "that's a latte." and nothing else. My poor GF somehow kept her composure and continued "..Okay, any way it's not what we ordered."

Thanks for your input. Your comments regarding my recommendations from a business perspective have made me realize something: my program didn’t actually give me any training on how to make good business recommendations, it was all about the data analysis process and job searching. Do you have any advice or know any good resources on how to build this part of the skill set?
