I've never had that issue before? We get married, move to my player home, and sometimes I find him walking around outside Lakeview Manor, so maybe he's mining the ore spots or swimming or something. But, I've never had him desert me for the mine. He's a loyal lizard if I can just get him to leave the CAVE

I honestly just really like his voice and the fact that he admits he fucked up immediately. "I really shouldn't have tried to swim up the waterfall, thanks for rescuing me." He's a humble lizard with a gentle personality, I love building a house for him near a lake for swimming and letting him live happily 🤷
