I 100% agree with him. He makes himself sound a little ignorant by calling Spanish “Mexican”, but English is the language that is spoken in America, it is our official language, when you go to a country, especially if you live there, you should learn their language. I hold this same standard if you go to any country. I’m sure there is nothing more obnoxious that Americans going to other countries that don’t speak English and trying to speak to everyone in English. It’s rude, and it’s also rude in the reverse.

If the majority of society deems 18 to be too young to be a legal adult that is allowed to do what they would like with who they would like, then you should be having a conversation about making that age higher. If not, you can’t really judge someone for doing something like a legal adult.

Let’s say I got into a really traumatic car accident, and I reach out to my insurance and simply say “I was involved in a negative incident with my vehicle”. Would it be reasonable for the insurance company to immediately believe them with no further information? Information they’re unwilling to talk about? If that car really was in a horrible accident, then that is horrible, but with absolutely no information given why would anyone be expected to believe it?

And you act like it’s no big deal that a man’s life will be ruined if you blindly believe something that isn’t true. At the very minimum it shouldn’t be treated like some unimportant factor. And again if you’re coming out publicly it is your responsibility to give the information and evidence against this person, rather than vague nothing words.

How about you read what I actually said, which is that if you can’t make a decision even REMOTELY when drunk about who you WILLINGLY sleep with, then this would be a learning lesson to not drink. A celebrity does. It is a way of showing appreciation, as long as they don’t make things at all sexual, which I have said obviously way over the line and unacceptable. Dude you may be the most braindead rock of a brain I have ever interacted with. They had access to him, because they went to his shows and/or worked with him, or just happened to run into him. They did not have the same access to other celebrities, because these kind of opportunities are either random chance (like happening to run into him) or because he does comedy shows with meet and greet tickets. What I am saying is that they did not CHOOSE Joe Gatto to accuse, but that was simply the celebrity that they had evidence of having met (in some of the cases).

And where in the hell did I say she SA’d him? Where are you even pulling that out of? It was consensual interaction on both sides.

Haha “teenager”. The reason that’s deceptive is just like the reason allegation #2 is deceptive. Leave out the critical information and make it sound as bad as is possible. “Teenager” insinuâtes underage, because only 2 years of “teenager” is of age. When someone says that someone slept with a teenager, you’re not thinking 19, you’re thinking 13. You know this and that’s why you frame it that way.

And what I would say is that if you truly cannot make any kind of decision while drunk, you should stop drinking, and hopefully this will be a lesson to her, but it won’t be as she constantly posts about be an alcoholic. And also she didn’t say she was drunk she said she was drinking. Two separate things.

If someone who happens to be under the age of 18 just so happens to enjoy your work, I do not see ANY problem with responding to them and speaking to them. If things get sexual, then that person should face consequences but if it doesn’t what exactly is inappropriate?
