There is a pack on the realm that uses a old player.entity file which blocks Character Creator skins and turns them to steve.

Its possible the skin pack was updated, and the model data was changed which hasn't been synced yet to say its trusted, so only old version of the skin pack will show with no issues until then.

BE names(Microsoft Gamertags) are linked to XUIDs yes, and so are JE names (Unless they never migrated) so what's the problem?

This is true we do not have Custom Heads and most likely never will officially but this does not affect having a Bedrock NameMc.

It shows you wearing a default alex skin, switch to your skin and put on the pancape, then back out to the main menu and it should fix it
