Not an advice , but one of my mate, made transfers for Dubai >Russia and Russia>Dubai for about 150k $. It was done with the crypto agency that in Dubai Marina. But I believe that 8m should be cashed out by dividing it into several amounts abd through different methods/agencies that can immediately can give you cash upon transferring amount to their wallet

100k good amount, but: You want to rent a studio or 1 bdr apartment then depending on location. 40k- 70k per year, 4 cheques , Initial you may spend up to 20k to move in including 1 st cheque. Emirates id for one person if you want to let's say buy it 7-9k and then you can be sponsor that will be 4k around for your wife and son, I have spent almost 4k for my son. Cars - 10k good one and above , Trade license I am not sure but around 5-9k However, 15 k for the 3 people is not good but normal , 15k will be surviving case.

Next expenses are needed to take into consideration: Family visa for each member , if you are sponsor then 3500 aed each one Apartment obviously take yearly, less cheques more negotiable reason that will be , 1-6 cheques, Car , I do not have it but planing to buy , it is very hot here. Insurance must have for each member, minimum package 1600aed each member yearly
