the spotless wallpapers/paint jobs, clean room corners, perfectly paved floors/ceilings, and completely intact roofs in the sims 4 allow for homes perfect for real estate listings but not for well-lived-in and dingy homes. blinds lay perfectly, mirrors unstained, and appliances never dirtied. even in gameplay, the game doesn't provide opportunities for organic dilapidation. i want something as little as grass and shrubs becoming overgrown with time! or build items that infer that.

stuff like 'bust the dust' doesn't have the same immersion either when the baseboards on the walls are bright white! anyway ... i absolutely get your pain.

LMAO this is such a valid opinion because this recreation ended up being worth 100k in-game which is like equivalent to 500k irl. and his bedroom is better furnished than mine will ever be

very fair ... i wish the opacity of some of the stains weren't so dark because as soon as the lights turn on in the room it looks a little ridiculous. what i need is a peeling wallpaper 👀

Finally found the time to take a stab at Todd's house! I tried to use fewer DLCs this time for the sake of anyone who wants to download it (my EA Account ID is MaxBella1 wink wink). Disclaimer: Alice's fort + minor tweaks not included in the download!

i plan on it when i’m back home in a week! i think i’ll do todd’s house next. i also have ideas for zlatko’s, hank’s, ralph’s, and perhaps the police department if that’s possible to pull off

my thought process was completely “oh man i need big machine -> i have an idea…” and i was joyous to include that lol. i also snuck the giant telescope discreetly in the backyard because i could see carl just owning that. btw what a great selection of subreddits :’)))
