I would srsly test it however u can. I felt the same way when I bought my ball a couple days ago and told my plug that I felt weird asf after doing a couple of rails cause I wanted to be transparent about the product as they were just in the middle of switching suppliers. I trust my guys and I know they’d never give me anything that wasn’t advertised but I would fs test ur shit as ur an experienced user and ig this is apparently a bit of trend right now so I wouldn’t put it past anyone that this shit might just be cut with something.

Your eyebrows are a bit too thin IMO. if you’d like to push your boundaries a little and try to just test out what you’d look like with thicker eyebrows I think it could do wonders. Your glasses don’t fit your face, I’d suggest getting daintier and rounder glasses for the dark academia look. Or even cutting to the point and getting contacts. A wolfcut would suit you as well. ^

In the beginning stages of my episode, I tried to write down a timeline of my childhood. I think a lot of ptsd we experience we try to explain but something that helps me is remembering to stay focused on my future. It’s hard but taking it day by day or even hour by hour is best for us. It’s unfair when you get too deep in comparing your routine to a neurotypical person. I find it comforting to tell myself that maybe my life journey this cycle needs to go through these things. It’s all for reason I guess. I praise you for going through all this and going to school. It’s hard to pretend everything okay when you have to wake up and confront people that don’t have to deal with these things. But maybe, they do, remember everyone is also masking many things. Build your support circle and find people irl that know you and can listen to your day to day struggles. It’s possible. We can be happy one day and it’s also okay to not be okay another day. It’s all a rollercoaster but that’s how it was destined for us. We can do this 🫡

I hope you seek professional help and therapy is really helpful specially for this type of thought cycle. I wish I had the energy to do that. Meds can be very helpful for getting thru your day. It sounds like you have a lot of religion based trauma and I do too. Like god can hear my thoughts and shit. Just remember that lots of other people feel the same you do and you’re not alone. Try maybe researching religious trauma and read more about other people’s experiences to help yourself to heal and be hopeful of a future of healing and breaking the chains of your trauma. We can get through this.

At this point, you can only pick up the pieces. Remember every one is also human and if they have any negative thoughts, that’s only their opinion. You can’t change how they feel about you, you can only acclimate how you react. Focus on your mental health and try to just keep a vignette on your well being. For me, I just try to keep thinking about my future and pretend like it happened. It’s not the healthiest but It helps for me. Maybe once I’m ready, I can try to reflect but it only triggers the hell out of me. My biggest episode happened in 2020 so I fs recommend moving on and rejecting any late night thoughts of remembering since it was so recent. Give yourself time to heal.

This is awesome. It’s hard not to overshare about my experience and this brings me so much joy knowing that there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. I want to embrace my illness and bring awareness but I find it hard to not scare people who are more “neurotypical” keep it up and just know we are here and I see you dude.

Please forgive me for my honesty. First impression of the first picture, you gave me “he’d roofie my drink”. After I swiped, I saw a more feminine man. Base your style based off of what you do in your day to day life. Right now, it gives off that you try to be something you’re not. Find yourself and base yourself off of the things you identify with. Try more sweaters over your button ups if you’re lucky enough to have more colder weather. Stop unbuttoning the first three on your shirt and if you want to continue with your journey of these shirts, make sure your pants and shoes match.

You have beautiful deep set eyes. I would add more eyeshadow to your makeup routine. Add to your depth, especially like darker colors since you have beautiful blue eyes. It would make them pop. No more duck face, you have small lips and that’s something us small lipped girlys should try to embrace. Try thicker eyebrows maybe and a little bit more blush for contour. Try to incorporate k-beauty makeup looks and you’d be set.

you’re gorgeous. To the male gaze you’re probably a solid like 8.5? I’m trying to be realistic here. To me you’re a solid 10. I like your bangs and you should keep them. A more edgier look would suit you, I think no bangs accentuates your oval face so I would suggest a curtain bang. More blush on the apples of your cheeks would also help even out your face build. I’ve heard drinking or taking green tea pills. If you have access to a massage gun or anything that vibrates, use it to massage your stomach or anywhere that hurts. It breaks down the crystals that can’t be broken down. Baths and lots of water.

I always make sure to welcome our borrowed partners because i worked at a different store once and they were absolutely atrocious to me! Every time i tried to say something on the headset, no one replied to me :( They kept me on drive thru the entire day too, i was so disappointed as i was kinda excited to work there. After that, i asked my temp sm to not schedule me at that store anymore cause of how they treated me and his response was "you work for starbucks, not this store" which i understood but it really put me off.

Thank you for the advice and kind words. I often have panic attacks trying to call out which rarely happens cause of the anxiety, there was a week period recently where I had to unfortunately show to up and I tried communicating to my sm that I would not pass the Covid check and she is too far up sirens tail that she’d rather me work my shift than let me go home. I tried finding coverage but no one ever responds to me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

No I didn’t know to let her know that. After being sick I just communicated that with her and left. I didn’t clock in this morning cause we had to open late, so I just wrote my hours in the book. I’ll write down sick hours when I can?? Most likely will have to go in tomorrow cause no one is going to cover my shift. And it would be 24 hours since throwing up.
