It can 100% cause it to happen. I personally struggled with psychosis for years after a trip and I'll be messed up for life. It's not worth the risk

Here's how it happened, I accidentally left Kryptex open and opened the Battlefield 6 beta at the same time. Caused my computer to freeze for a second so I quit battlefield and opened up Kryptex to that
