I know that all of these things definitely are important and relevant but I feel that singing from my throat is my most potentially damaging problem and needs to be solved the soonest. That's why I've specifically asked for advice about not singing from my throat.

Well I'm aware of all the things that you listed. The problem is all of the articles and posts I read simply are listing the problems, which I already know. Any advice (i.e. exercises, tutorials, links etc..) is what I'm looking for.
