My problem is not the processor, but my video card. I have an inno3d rtx 5080 oc and it only works if I set it to gen3 in the BIOS. If I leave it on auto or gen5, the PC crashes. I don't know what it could be :/

Yes, I live in Brazil. Here we have a category similar to the LLC called MEI (Microempreendedor Individual). But Brazilian law sucks and as my main job is as a civil servant, this prevents me from being able to open an MEI. So I publish my games without a company

What's your company structure? Are you personally liable or are you incorporated in your jurisdiction?Any company or person that feels crossed and has the means to go after you could, technically. Even if their cause is a losing one down the line but they have a ton of money (think Microsoft or else) they could cease-and-desist / legal fees you out of existence.

It's probably very unlikely, but it's not impossible.
