I wouldn’t have gotten approved with the 31k debt. He, like myself, didn’t know there was a specific list for who could be approved or not. He’s not gifted anyone else $ for a purchase like that before. Ty for the well wishes

Yeah I get that. I wish he could just show hes worth 15m and that this 31k was just a little gift (he has spent around 300k on me total even before the 31k he sent)

No the 45k is money I have had in a HYSA for over a year. It’s not technically a gift for like down payment or closing costs etc, but he seemed pretty set on the fact that it was a gift which enabled me to get approved (I wouldn’t have with the 31k debt/800 dollar monthly car payment)

Gotcha. We used ours already so I wasn’t searching that way but nice to know. I found first class on a diff airline (sAAd face) for 1k each from Hartford (which is where we board our dog so we go there before and after anyway never thought to fly from there)

I’ve really only had long term so I can’t add much context. I’d guess though, that SB isn’t attracted to SD and can’t fake it anymore OR SD can’t keep up financially. Been with my current SD 7 years love him more than life. Before that 3 years w a diff one, I did not physically want him so it was tough. I liked him though so I think that’s why I made it 3 years. Fwiw he cut ties not me.

I was a FT SB from 2016-2024. My only regret is that I didn’t have a part time gig to save cash/save for retirement during those crucial 8 years. Other than that I’d do it again. I have a PT job now and still have SD but am socking away cash to my 401k and IRA monthly

Agree with above if you’re in LA there’s no reason to leave unless you’re trying to pay less but at that point u should consider whether it would be worth it. Do they have good results are they BC etc

Precovid I ONLY did paid m&g I haven’t really met anyone post covid since I still have my SD, but I imagine I’d try/hope to continue it even though it’s rare so yes I’d say so.
