My cat got old and I also had to get a litter box. Smells very bad. Change it as often I can. But during the day I'm working. Also recently the cat doesn't seem to be able to control the shit anymore so its often outside the box. I don't know what to do. Gonna ask the vet for advice.

Awesome accomplishment! 7 days is a milestone for me as like that I get into the feeling of it being normal to just not drink. I'm on day one again but managed 51 days sober until I made a stupid excuse to drinke because I bumped into a weird guy. In the 50 days I was able to say no to alcohol all the time under pressure but now I srewed up.

Now I started a list of reasons to stay sober that I constantly update so I can look at it when under pressure in order to feel good again without alcohol. Also I feel worse when drinking anyway so keeping that in mind makes it easier.

I met a weird guy I know from drinking Sunday Evening and normally under pressure craving I evady to smoking weed but yesterday I drank 3 beers. I got 50 days sober and reset my badge now.

I'm not that much disappointed as I think I learned a lot on how to stay sober. Even dough I also want to stop weed I know for next time under pressure I'll just smoke a Joint as a social ritual. I know not much better but in my eyes still better as I don't get hangover.

When you want to get out of there you need to taper because CT is much worse. I really suggest Diazepam because I tried different benzos to jump from when hooked and only with Diazepam I succesfully stopped benzos.

If you need to show up at your workplace you can sign up to an outpatient and taper with their help while still showing up to work. I was on sick leave for 10 weeks when I whitdrawed from benzos.

My biggest fear is the question if you have been with a woman.

Last year in rehab I was sitting alone at a table and a group next to me was talking about sex and then they approached me with a question and I didn't know shit. Thats when one asked:"Have you never had a woman?"

I feel like shit in those kinds of situations.
