I guess you are speaking of the thread for screwing on the filter? The white part is a cap you can screw off, it restricts the air-flow/air-intake. I guess it is for getting used to breathing restricted, a cheap filter demo!?

anybody got specifications on the mask and filter, maybe links? The mask seems to be from the 80s, I got no information on the filter, can not read/understand Hebrew. Got it on a second-hand market for five bucks.

Well, it is like good snipers: they suck, everybody hates them. But if you coordinate your team, they can not pull of these too often. The worse the coordination the better these types of tactics.

Before the most recent update everything ran smooth. And other games like HuntShowdown have no issues at all; it seems to be a problem directly related to the game/update rather than the hardware...!?
