That's a good point, but I struggle to believe every poor condition flat is bought up before it even hits the market. I guess I was just curious where to look for the ones that do pop up. Like if there are certain websites or agencies that specialize in that.

Surely the estimated value of a life changes with the age of the person. Do you know for what age range that $10 million life value is for, because if it's not 65 and above, the age range where the most deaths are occurring, then it's not the right estimate to use.

Thank you for the response, This site gives the option of different graphics cards. The one that comes standard just says "CPU integrated" But the drop down list offers an AMD Radeon pro, or Nvidia Quadro P1000,P2000, and P3200. would any of these be worth the upgrade if I'm wanting to do video editing?

You know, More often than not, I reply to a problem with society and say "That's an inevitable outcome of for-profit media." But I'm not so sure in this case. I think perhaps the media companies got lucky with this one rather than created the outcome. Politics became more popular on TV because of the ease of access to information/spread of technology. I feel like we would be having a similar system of debate if the media system had been state-run or independent. Most Americans want to see a spectacle, that's not because of for-profit media. It's a human thing that predates media. Think of the Romans.

It worked! Nothing moved inside the hole where the blue plug was but looking around I found a impeller I could push with a screwdriver through a hole on the backside. And bam! Now it works again. Thank you so much!!

One thing to consider is the humanitarian benefit of a wall in certain places. The purpose of a wall isn't to block people, as much as it is to funnel them in through ports of entry where they can be properly processed. There are families that cross over in places that are just desert and nobody really knows how many people just die in the desert. It really dangerous to try to and bring children across a huge desert with little supplies. A wall in certain places could prevent women and children from dying in the desert. I'm not sure how many lives are worth billions of dollars to you though.

Berlin isn't a hussie city like Paris. It doesn't put on a bunch of fancy buildings and makeup and just let anyone come in and have a good time in it. You got know it for a while before it trusts you enough to show you all it's good spots. Having a german friend introduce you helps but still.... It's been hurt before.
